So, tell us about your latest short film?

Guest
Oh we’ve just finished shooting “Lost Sandals” (holds up sandal) that took us about two months(card with '2'), and it’s been great. We’re hoping to get a positive(a '+' sign) support from everyone.

Oh, that’s good to hear.
Question 2
So, what was your inspiration for the film?

Well, it’s based on my own experience when I was young. I lost my sandals(holds up shoes) while playing football(takes up football). It took me a big courage to actually walked home bare footed. It was just embarrassing but memorable.

How was the process of making your film?

The process was definitely tedious as it’s my first(takes out wrong card no '2' and quickly changes to no '1') time directing a short film. But working with such a great and supportive team made everything possible

Oh, but what were some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced?

Guest
Handling the unpredictable weather as most scenes were shot outdoors. and not forgetting our main cast, Johnny, who got into a minor incident on the day of shooting. We had to postpone the shoot till he fully recovers. It somehow affects the production but I’m glad everything’s fine now.(gives a thumb up)

Who are some of your favourite filmmakers?

Quentin Tarantino and Tim Burton(bring both their pics out) as they’re unique in their own way

Tell us more about your next project?

Guest
There are few projects lining up which includes a Chinese drama that I’m working on. But for the moment, I’m taking a breather as I’m getting married soon. (kept on talking non stop...)
